The insults keep piling up for Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, who was accused of being a “pussy” and a “bitch” on internet message boards after sitting out the last half of the Bears’ defeat in the playoffs last week. The maligned football star now faces new criticisms after he left the table at NI9E Steakhouse after telling guests that the brownie and vanilla ice cream dessert looked like “too much to handle.”
Witnesses say that Cutler began sweating profusely once he saw the dessert tray roll toward their table. Jan Thomas, the extra server who brought the dessert cart to the Cutler table, said that the quarterback began “fidgeting nervously at the sight of additional food.” Thomas added that she thought Cutler might “start crying like a little baby” before he got up and ran out of the restaurant.
Witnesses say that Cutler went into his black Lincoln Navigator and began to weep out of sheer terror at the prospect of handling another course of food. He was eventually calmed down by other guests who went outside to console the football star. In a prepared statement, Cutler insisted that his manhood is not threatened by any brownie, ”no matter how many sprinkles it has on it.”
